Recently, my company donated RM300 toward the Kiwanis Down Syndrome Foundation where they held a bazaar at one of the Park in the housing area. And since the bazaar is near to where I stayed, Boss let me have the token to spent at the bazaar (Yeah, I love my job :)). Much to my horror suprise, the organizer gave me tokens worth RM80 instead of RM300 and claimed that the rest goes to charity! Ah well…. since she said the word ‘charity’ that sounds alright. But I’m wondering what about those walk in to the bazaar. Do they pay RM10 but get token worth only RM3? Not going to question that, I’ll just presume cos we are a organization or in better terms, business associates *sigh…

Things are not cheap tho but since I got the RM80 token for free, I might as well spent all on foods and games. One thing that make me wonder for days. Do you have to sell a Gardenia bread which cost RM0.60 at the shop at RM2.00 during the bazaar just because they say it’s for charity purpose? Isn’t that way tooooooooo expensive??? I think it’s dem, dem, dem expensive!!! I’ve got no choice. That’s the only healthy food around that I can tapau home. So I bought 6 pcs of Gardenia bread which will cost me a total of RM3.60 at shop but at the bazaar, I paid RM12.00 for that!!!! (Ya, i know I’ve been repeating the maths equation and ya! I know it’s free anyway!). Others food like laksa, ice blended cordial juice or drinks was selling at RM3. I think that is quite resonable. Still I don’t understand why a miserable bread have to sell 3.222 times higher than the actual price. Okay! Okay! I should stop bitching about the bread now.

Overall at the Bazaar was dem a bit boring and HOT!

One game that brought back my childhood memory is the ‘tikam’ game. In another word is lucky pick.

RM1 for 2 lucky picks. During my younger days, we pay 10cents for a lucky pick. (Inflation! Inflation!)

Check the number in it. If it matches with the number on the prize, then it’s yours.

If it did not match any of the number here, maybe you could try buying KTM ticket (Kuda, Toto, Magnum).

They have other games as like ring on the nail, wheel of fortune, gladiator, basketball, face painting…. watch this.

Time to go home for my lunch now. Bought 2 packets of asam laksa. They put the dilluted prawn paste in the noodle instead of in the soup and now the noodle looks like a ‘kon low mee’. Bah!

Oh, don’t worry about all my whinning. I do enjoy myself getting bake under the sun for RM80 which I don’t have to contribute.

… can’t deny it.

Anyway, I didn’t shop for them.  Some guys are selling them for charity.

Normally, I won’t entertain road side donor but the good is  irrisistable for my eyes. Not!  (Note that the charity home is in Penang and they come all the way to KL to get donation???)

Lately I have improved a lot on my colour editing skill.  Look at the result:

i have 500pcs (or more) of pic in my office pc. I want to transfer all of them to my home laptop. i can’t use a thumb drive cos the file size is dem big unless i do part by part but it will take ages

i’ve upload some in yahoo photo and looks like i have to click the pic one by one to save it in my home laptop.  Even more job and dem dem slow!
Any other quicker way to do?

I’ve got another idea which is to bring my laptop to the office and use the thumb drive but i’ll leave that to the last resort.

There is a CD writer in my other kolig’s pc but I don’t want to let them know I’m doing something personal disturb them.  Anyhow, anyone got 1gig thumbdrive?  Can pinjam or not?  Linpek boh lui la……………. please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……. pretty please!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks ago he’s away to North, 1 week ago he’s away to East and this week he’s away to Vietnam. *sigh… Each time when hubby is away for business I’ll get very moody + bad tempered + frown = lonely. It’s ok if the kids behave themselves but when they doesn’t (especially Carlgene) I’ll rather blow my head off with a M16.

A few things that he’s been taking care off when he’s around:
1) Fetch Kharsyn to and fro for Arithmetric class
2) Fetch Kharsyn to and fro for Violin class
3) Make their milk plus washing their milk bottles
4) Get the kids ready for school in the morning. (Yes! I can happily jalloping out the house in the morning. But usually Kharsyn will make sure mummy tied her hair cos she claimed Daddy is not expertise in that field.)
5) Do the dishes
6) Clean/picking up the toys on the floor

Not only he will help me with the chores but having an extra hand really help especially when you had a baby at home. For example when baby wants to be carried, I can’t even relieve myself. At one time, I have to placed the baby on my lap while I finish doing my business. That is awful!!!

Last night is something that I’ve not done for many many years. Waking up in the middle of the night by a crying baby. All this while, I’ll just have to nudge hubby and he will take care of situation from there. Now that hubby is away, I do missed him lots!!! *snif, snif… Especially when he’s away for the 3 whole freaking weeks something that is difficult for me to endure. (For me it is!)

I can’t wait till Saturday to see him at the front gate.  Left hand holding a luggage, right arm stretching out waiting for a big  bear hug from kiddos.  And me, greedily rummaging thru  all the goodies he bought for me from Vietnam….. *BiG GrIn!!!!!
