Some of you may have seen these photographs before. But I have to post them once again cos I couldn’t find anything in my hard drive that goes with this week theme.

Bitter gourd creeps in my garden. The creeps twist-ing on the supporting line for support.

Some was left dangling twist(ed) in the air.

And the creeps just go round twisting on anything beyond their way!

I’m sure thumb sucking is a very common sight you saw on babies.

My 3 years old is very DIFFERENT. She don’t suck her thumb but her index finger.

And when she does that (index finger sucking), on her other hand, she must have something soft and silky (i.e. ribbon) to feel.

Why she must be different from other kids? I do find thumb sucking looks a lot more cuter than index finger. Haha. Anyway, she is already 3 years old and I don’t see any sign of her stopping the bad habit. *tsk, tsk*

p/s:  Digging in my Photo Hunter archive, the last I’ve participated in the game was on November 10, 2007.  Gosh, I know I deserved some spanking.

The one being squashed is me when I first started out Yoga in May 07. To gain my flexibility I need an extra helping hand to push myself down towards the floor to open up the hips joint.

It is not painful at all. Really!

And when you have a more flexible body, try doing the forward bending.

This yoga posture increases the flexibility on the hamstring and lower back.

That’s my children. Inspired by my love of Yoga 😀 .

Well, I would say baby bum ain’t that smelly compared to poo, right?

In Yoga, this is called the ‘Wheel Pose’ also known as ‘Upward Bow’.Follow the step-by-step S.L.OW.L.Y and remember to breath.

1. Lie flat on your back on the yoga mat.
2. While exhaling, bend the knees and bring the feet as close to the buttocks as possible with the soles of the feet on the floor.
3. Bend the arms at the elbows and place the palms of the hands flat on the floor directly under each shoulder with the fingers pointing toward the back.
4. While inhaling slowly, raise your head and rest your crown on the floor. I find that this is very helpful before pushing my hands, back and lastly, the buttocks off the floor while arching the spine.

Ah…. there you go. A very curvy body posture there. Lovely!

This is my 3rd child whom I addressed as Baby Princess in my blog.  Infact, the meaning of her chinese name is “Happy”.  She in indeed a happy child and never failed to make us laugh with her antics tho sometimes we feel like smacking her butt.
