Photo Hunter: Flexible

The one being squashed is me when I first started out Yoga in May 07. To gain my flexibility I need an extra helping hand to push myself down towards the floor to open up the hips joint.

It is not painful at all. Really!

And when you have a more flexible body, try doing the forward bending.

This yoga posture increases the flexibility on the hamstring and lower back.

That’s my children. Inspired by my love of Yoga 😀 .

Namaste, everyone!

Wow, that is really cool! I love that first photo.

I am not flexible at all…no where near what I used to be anyway. Might have to get one of my kids to squash me like that! Lol.

No thanks, I learned after 14 years of dance what trying to stay flexible does to your joints–I have serious arthritis in every major joint now. Too much dance too young.

    GReat photos though.

You are very flexible. I can bend and full palm the floor, but hips ache so bad, I don’t do it often. Have a good weekend.

My goal is to get back to that again. How do I get back into it after gaining weight (after having a baby). Just do it, right?

    Great pics, Jess!
