Back to school – Part One (Hair cut)

After months and weeks of proscrastinating, finally one hour before school orientation start, Princess is at the salon to get her hair snip! It’s all gone now 🙁 . GONE!!! 😥

RIP to her hair 🙁

You know how a low class salon will put a piece of plank on the chair’s arm rest so that the child will prop up higher. Yeah! And she said she feels like a buddha 😐 I know she don’t look good in short hair 🙁 .

This is her on the orientation day. Newly hair cut, new pinafore, new Tupperware, new shoes, new school bags. Wah, sounds like Chinese New Year! My mom even gave her an angpow (red packet) to symbolize luck. Gee…..

Being in a gahment school, I paid RM5 for Princess whole year school fees and that same morning, I went to Prince kindie to pay his school fees too and it was a whooping RM1,000!!! See the difference? It cost me an arm and leg just to put them in a Montessori school. Now I can’t wait for Prince to enter Primary school.

Yeah, kindy now like pocket vacuum cleaner. That’s why my children go to F&M school, a.k.a Father and Mother school. Hehehehe. Of course they bully the teacher lah.

RM5 only?? Wow! That’s not including books, right?

The Queen says:  To be exact, after calculating her computer classes, bla bla bla, text book and work book for the whole year, bla bla, RM400 still got balance!

HQ – my mum cut my hair for Standard 1 even though ACS doesn’t have the short hair rule for girls. she got tired of dendaning my hair lah… princess looks sweet. she can grow her hair back in Secondary School (or same rule in Secondary School?). plus you don’t have to style her hair in the mornings anymore. 🙂

The Queen says:  If I misses her hair too much and tak boleh tahan, I might enrolled her in dancing schools.  She is allowed to keep her hair again with a letter from the dancing schools 😉 . Princess used to wakes up early so that I can style her hair.  Nowadays, she just sleep thru.

hehehe – that’s one way to get around the short hair rule! maybe you can let baby princess’ hair grow long so you can have hair to play with. 😀
