Christmas Turkey with stuffing

He laid her on the table, same way as last year

her skin is so white clean and bare.

His forehead wet with beads of sweat.

He rubbed her here and rubbed her there,

He touched her neck and then felt her breast and…

then drooling felt her thigh.

The slit was wet and all was set, he gave a joyous cry.

The hole was wide….

He looked inside, all was dark and murky.

He rubbed his hands and stretched his arms…

and then he stuffed the turkey… 🙄

Keep brine in the fridge for 18 hours or you may store them in a cooler with lots of ice.

    WA! Ho leng! Ho leng! Ho cheng! I must try your recipe in a year’s time, if I can still remember. Not so sure abt the nylon string.. we used hemp fibre string. I kiasu the nylon will melt!!

    mmm yummy looking turkey…basting ingredients includes dark soy sauce? hm.. i love the color of your turkey. maybe i try it next time…
