Our company rely a lot on computer rentals whenever we held any company conference, meeting or training. As this is something like twice a year event, it is not wise to spent few thousand Ringgit for a machine as we know technology advance very fast. Renting a desktop cost us about RM200 per machine. The price is rather affordable compare to buying a new unit.
