Two years ago, my 58 year old Mother had a surgery to removed her fibroid and uterus that weight about 600gm. Ever since then, she has been having mood swing, emotional and bad temper. She could be going through the post menopause syndrome and was prescribe progesterone by the Doctor. Progesterone is a steroid hormone that has been used a therapy for PMS symdrome, menopause, women with infertility or frequent pregnancy loss.
