I called it chicken drumstick mushroom. I love the crunchy texture and it’s great for soup.

The Queen says: Yea, it has a chewy texture compared to normal mushroom. Haven’t try them for soup but great for steamboat too.

Lately feel like testing 1 month eat vegetarian food…Haha

The Queen says: Give your self some time to adjust. For first timer like you, try for 1 week first. Don’t go purely on vege but slowly reducing your meat intake.
