shiruikage : You try driving at his level and see if you can do better.

the shark, if i can drive at this level, and i know i don’t have enuf experience in it, i wouldn’t ‘volunteer’ myself to make a fool of myself. hosting an event of this magnitude does not mean we are capable have podium finish.

But… But… if you haven’t venture out there, you won’t know where is your success or failure rate, right? We can’t possibly race all the time in go-kart right?

Walau….even if I don’t think Alex is not as good as he should be, he looks darn good! yummy-licious!!! why not hug-hug in the pix lah. wasted!!!

Shiruikage : Hijackqueen is right. If you don’t try, you don’t know. When I first started racing motorcycles at 19, I was riding against guys who had been racing bikes since the age of 12. And I had never raced before. I developed my skill to the point where I was offered a ride as a professional in a US race team. But I turned that down in favour of a more stable, but much less glamourous, way of earning an income. No regrets, just the decision I made. You try doing the same before knocking someone who has raced professionally.
shiruikage said,

the snark: true, i do not know. true also that i am knocking him. why am i doing it? same thing i did the malaysian soccer team, which btw, i call them by more colorful names. why did i do it? that’s becouse they stink and bring the stink to malaysia’s name, that’s why!
hijack queen: true. we must venture out. but is there a point in celebrating mediocre-ness? y celebrate the fact we have a driver in the race, rather than celebrate when he wins a podium finish? what i’m saying is, we should celebrate excellence, not inferiority. and oh, sorry for arguing in ur blog.
